A report is one person's account of one call. Five reports mean very little; two hundred in a week mean something.
Reports about a legitimate business you simply didn't want to hear from still get counted, which is why the category matters.
If a caller took money from you, report it to your bank and to the FTC as well — this site is not an enforcement route.
